Disputes

Successfully securing permission from the Supreme Court for our client to bring proceedings in the name of a company against his fellow directors and a competing company. Typically, the decision to initiate proceedings is made by the board of directors however, our team successfully established an exception to this principle, achieving a significant outcome for our client.

OHS

Achieving a reduced fine for our client, a concrete pumping service provider, in the Magistrates Court following a WorkSafe investigation.

Brendon Low

Brendon Low joined us in May to work in our corporate and commercial teams. With experience in several commercial firms across multiple states and a good sense of humour, we’re excited to have him on board.

Congratulations to our Managing Partner Peter George, who became a grandfather for the first time with the arrival of Harry.

Congratulations to our paralegal, Aryn Gooch, who was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria. Aryn’s admission was made even more special as it was moved by our very own Nicole Wilson!
