Known for her technical legal skills and strategic, practical advice, Lisa is committed to understanding her clients’ business activities. With over 20 years’ of experience in the legal profession, she has worked with clients across a wide range of sectors including retail, technology, transport and professional services.
Lisa provides general commercial and contracting advice with a particular focus on technology, and supports clients with both day-to-day business needs and project-based transactions. She has a particular interest in competitive tendering and has guided private sector and government clients through all stages of the procurement process. Whether it’s big-picture strategy or the finer details, clients value her calm demeanour and clear communication.
Lisa is also a sessional lecturer in Company Law at Monash University.
