Role
We are looking for a switched-on 3-5 year PQE commercial lawyer to join our expanding team.
You will work with major consumer brands and thriving corporate businesses on commercial issues including commercial and IT contracts, marketing reviews, franchising, IP, consumer law and privacy law. The successful candidate will have top/mid-tier law firm or in-house experience, and be a great drafter of commercial contracts. Corporate / M&A experience is not necessary but will be advantageous.
