The Fair Go for Consumers and Small Business Act 2024 has set up a new system for handling major complaints. From July 2024, approved groups can directly raise big issues, called ‘super complaints,’ with the ACCC. The ACCC has to respond within 90 days, making the process faster and clearer.

Our slides, ’Amendments to CCA – Establishing a designated complaints function within the ACCC’ will walk you through why this change is happening, key dates, and what your business needs to do to stay ahead of the curve. Learn how to prepare and make sure your practices meet the new rules.
