Ines Balint

An experienced employment lawyer, Ines is known for her energy and pragmatism. She brings business savvy and an international perspective to her work. With pre-law experience as an HR Business Partner in Australia and the UK, she understands the particular nuances and pressures HR departments face and reflects this in her advice. She has Industrial Ergonomics and OHS experience and is a Certified Return to Work Co-Ordinator.

Ines’ work ranges from counselling clients on strategic employment issues, to advising on projects such as restructures. She also undertakes internal and external workplace investigations across the full range of HR/OH&S issues, including bullying and harassment, cultural team reviews and serious misconduct (including OH&S incidents). She also represents clients in the Fair Work Commission and the Federal Circuit Family Court of Australia.
