Tiffany Lucas

Tiffany is a burst of energy and highly commercial with a knack for dissecting difficult concepts. With over a decade of experience practising corporate and commercial law in both Australia and the US, she has a deep understanding of M&A, company secretarial work, and governance. She’s the kind of lawyer who cuts through the noise and gets right to the heart of the issue—without ever losing sight of the broader goals.

Tiffany specialises in mergers and acquisitions, advising on deals from $5 million to $500 million. Her client base is as diverse as her skills, ranging from large corporates and SMEs to family groups, high net-worth individuals, and not-for-profits. Her clients appreciate her ability to quickly grasp the heart of the issue and provide clear, actionable advice.

A big-picture thinker, Tiffany doesn’t get bogged down in the details but ensures no stone is left unturned. Whether she’s setting a vision, developing strategy, or helping to implement best practices in governance, Tiffany thrives in hands-on roles, guiding clients from start to finish.

Above all, Tiffany is a people person and is deeply committed to serving the community. Passionate about both the arts and health, she is a Director on the Board of the Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation, President of the RCH Auxiliaries, a Vice-President and Board Member of Arts Project Australia, and Chair of the APA Foundation.
